Where is Lost Dutchman Days?

The parade, brat party, and rodeo dance are off the property.

How much does it cost?

Parking is free. There is a $2 General Admission cash-only fee to get into the event center which includes access to the carnival, the entertainment stage, retail, and food vendors.

Can I bring my dog? 

Yes, they must be well-behaved and remain on a leash at all times. If a situation arises, you will be asked to leave.

Is it handicap-friendly?

Yes, our event is handicap-friendly. There is parking on the north side of the grounds reserved for the handicapped. It is limited and we recommend showing up early around 12 pm to get parking and a seat.

There is a handicap ramp east of the grandstands as well as handicapped seating in the bleachers.

Rodeo Questions

What events do you have? 

Steer Wrestling, Breakaway, Barrel Racing, Bull Riding, Saddle Bronc, Bareback Bronc, Team Roping, Tie-Down Roping

When is bull riding?

Bull riding is always the last event and is included in your rodeo ticket. We do NOT have a separate event for bull riding.

How much does it cost?

General Admission: $2 (includes parking) CASH ONLY EVENT

Adult Tickets: $20 at gate CASH ONLY

Children under 10: $15 at gate CASH ONLY

Presale tickets are available at certain locations for $2 off ticket price. CASH ONLY OFFER

We WILL NOT offer online tickets this year.

Do I have to pay for my baby (under 2)?

No, any child two and under that can sit on a lap and does not need a seat can go in for free. All other children require a ticket.

What's the refund policy? 

Unfortunately, we do not give out refunds on any of our tickets. We are a rain or shine event and all of the proceeds are donated back to local children's organizations.

Is it assigned or general seating? 

It is general seating only.

Vendor Questions

How do I become a vendor?

Due to the high demand for booking requests, in order to receive an application, please fill out this form to be added to our waiting list. If we reach out, that means we have a spot available based on the order you were admitted to the waiting list. This form must be complete to be considered.

Why is it taking so long to hear back?

We are a volunteer-run organization that also has full-time jobs on top of managing this event, we do our best, but we receive hundreds of requests for vendors in a season. So please stay patient with us as we do our best to navigate everyone's requests. You can always message our Facebook page for a quick response.

How much does it cost to be a vendor?

Booth fees start at $300 for a 15'x15' space. Vendors must stay all three days and provide their own materials (i.e. tables, chairs, canopy, etc.).

Parade & Carnival Questions

The parade and carnival are handled and organized by the Apache Junction Chamber of Commerce. Any questions that cannot be answered below should be directed to them.

When is the parade?

The parade is Saturday, February 22, 2025

Where is the parade?

The parade is in downtown Apache Junction, running from Phelps to Ironwood and back.

How do I enter the parade?

You can enter by filling out the application and returning it to the Chamber of Commerce.

When is the carnival?

The carnival runs Friday-Sunday of the event, February 21-23, 2025 at the Apache Junction Rodeo Grounds.

What are the times?

Parade: Saturday at 9am

Carnival

Friday: 3-10pm

Saturday: 10am-11pm

Sunday: 10am-7pm

How much is it?

Presale Carnival Wristbands are $30 and are ONLY available at the Chamber of Commerce for a limited time before the event. Otherwise, the rides are pay as you go or $40 for a wristband plus the $2 general admission fee.

The parade is free.

Media Questions

Am I allowed to bring my camera?

Yes, as long as you are shooting as a hobby photographer and not selling or promoting the rodeo in a negative way you are encouraged to take as many photos as you'd like.
